At EterneVita, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a straightforward refund process for eligible items.
Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Refunds are applicable within 30 days of the delivery date for the following product categories:
- Bedding & Textiles
- Storage & Organization
- Kitchenware
- Home Decor
Please note that certain items, such as personalized or custom-made products, may not be eligible for refunds unless defective or damaged.
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] with the following information:
- Your order number
- A detailed description of the issue or reason for the refund request
- Photos of the product, if applicable (e.g., for damaged or defective items)
Once we receive your request, we will review it and notify you of the approval or rejection within 5 business days.
Refund Process
If your refund is approved, it will be processed to the original method of payment. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Non-Refundable Items
Gift cards, final sale items, and products that are not in original condition are not eligible for refunds. Additionally, items marked as "non-refundable" at the time of purchase cannot be returned.
